EMI/RFI Shielding Tape for Defense Electronics
Engineered for EMI/RFI suppression in military-aerospace assemblies, the 3M 1181 combines a 1.4 mil dead-soft copper foil backing with an electrically conductive acrylic adhesive to maintain low contact resistance between tape and substrate. At 2.6 mil total thickness, it handles cable wrap, enclosure seaming, grounding, and static dissipation without adding bulk. Available in widths from 1/4 in to 2 in on 18 yd rolls, with a removable liner for easy handling and die-cut fabrication. Flame retardant per UL-510A, rated 600V.
