|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01/11/2026 | PCN-25-264941 - Material Change. Material change within the MCON 1.2 CleanBody Terminal family. The base material of the existing 0- variants will be changed from CuSn0.15 to CuSn4, resulting in the introduction of new 7- variants. This material change provides improved crimp performance, while maintaining electrical characteristics. There are no geometrical changes, and existing tooling and applicators remain fully compatible. All new versions have been fully qualified in accordance with product specification 108-18782 (including LV214 and USCAR), following TE Connectivity s standard release procedures. A phased introduction is planned, starting with lead customers and lead part numbers in EMIA in early 2026, followed by a global rollout over the subsequent time. TE Connectivity strongly recommends using the new 7-variants for all new designs and future applications, as they represent the preferred and enhanced long-term solution. | Download | |||
