Straight plugs are also available in 7 shell sizes with 60 insert patterns utilizing solder contacts, and 6 shell sizes with 47 insert patterns utilizing crimp contacts. Contact sizes include 20, 16, 12, 12 coax, and 8 coax. Rugged aluminum shells with standard olive drab cadmium plating offer durability, with a maximum operating temperature of 125 °C and a minimum of -55 °C. Featuring 10 female socket contacts with gold plating in a 12-10 shell size insert arrangement, these connectors provide reliable conductivity in harsh environments.
