The purpose of this correspondence is to inform you of the change to increase the toughness of the material in terms of secant modulus and the addition of a flame retardant ingredient. Should you not wish to have these improvements, we will honor a last-time-buy purchase for any of our -130 molded parts during the grace period afforded by this Notification of Change (90 days). Purchase orders after this period will be filled with the improved material upgrade still referred to as -130. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we deal with keeping pace with our markets. These specification changes will be updated in Raychem world-wide technical specification RW-2008 upon the close of the 90-day notification period.
