| 01/02/2025 | P-25-027419 - Product printing/marking process upgrade. This change is ONLY for DR-25 tubing manufactured in Europe & released under TE specification RK-6008/1, and external QPL BSG, DEF Stan, and VG standards. European DR-25 is printed with WHITE coloured ink, in dot matrix format, showing the Raychem brand name, product DR-25 description, and the tubing size. NO change to the tubing compound formulation, and NO change to form, fit, and function. There is NO REQUIREMENT in the product specification RK-6008/1 or external QPL to test the print quality, we have done additional testing to ensure the marking quality is fit for purpose. This applies to all standard spooled and cut pieces. Exceptions are some NR5XX parts, and some customer specials(CS), which may be unprinted and are therefore not affected by the change. Any NR5XX and CS that are printed have been upgraded as per the standard DR-25 .This change is with immediate effect. Note that USA manufactured DR-25 is NOT impacted by this change. | Download | |||
