This Act, generally referred to as Proposition 65 ( Prop 65 ), is broad law that applies to any company operating in California, selling products in California, or manufacturing products that may be sold in or brought into California. Online channels are now used to sell TE products which means products could ultimately be sold or brought into California. To ensure compliance with Proposition 65 requirements, we have made the decision to include warnings on these products. You will see Proposition 65 warnings on these products from 24 May 2021.
