06/28/2021 | PAN-PCN-20210623-1 - Temporary Packaging Change. Due to limited availability on select paper goods, Panduit is forced to change the packaging of our ReelSmart reels. Per the images below, we will be removing the white liner on each flange of the reel. We anticipate this to be a temporary change and to return back to normal in September. | Download |
02/08/2021 | PAN-20210111-2 - Product Improvement. Select Vinyl, #10 AWG Terminals will have new shut height recommendations that will be listed on their packaging label. This will raise the height 0.04", from 0.175" to 0.179", which can be done through a simple dial setting change of the CA9 or CA-800EZ applicator from E5 to F5. This effect will optimize crimp performance and will not alter any product compliance to industry standards. | Download |
12/18/2020 | PAN-20201218 -Reel Smart Tooling Issues/ Production & Inventory Hold. Panduit has put certain Reel Smart™ products on a production and inventory hold. We have experienced issues with certain production equipment resulting in a period of downtime. Unfortunately, due to the complexity and severity of the issue with the equipment, we are forced to extend the projected resolution date out to February, 2021. The repair and testing of the equipment have proven to take significantly longer than anticipated. | Download |
