Amphenol Positronic’s GMCT Series spans 13 insert arrangements, 9 through 104 poles, meeting the standard of MIL-DTL-28748. These heavy-duty rectangular connectors feature precision-machined, solid copper alloy removable contacts in a closed-entry “Large Surface Area” mating system — delivering consistent contact resistance and retention force over 1,000 or more mating cycles. Termination styles include crimp, solder cup, straight solder, compliant press-fit, and crimp-shielded coaxial. GMCT Series connectors are intermateable with Positronic GAP and GAPL Series connectors when size 16 contacts are selected.
