Micro-D Connectors M83513
At ICC, we proudly offer the Amphenol Micro-D connector series (M83513), known for its military-grade performance and reliability. These micro connectors come in a variety of configurations, including rectangular D, strip, and custom card edge, with contacts on 0.050″ (1.27 mm) centers. We provide Micro-D connectors with both signal and coax/power contact inserts.
The socket contacts are precision-fabricated tubes, while the pin and socket contacts are securely held in high-grade thermoplastic insulators with epoxy. This contact system not only meets but exceeds the stringent MIL-DTL-83513 performance specifications.
We offer a wide range of termination options, including solder cup, wire harness termination, and vertical and right-angle PCB. Our Micro-D series connectors are available in both plastic and metal shells, with a variety of shell finishes to choose from. Additionally, we provide an extensive selection of mounting hardware, such as jackscrews, posts, guide pins, and straight and angled back-shells, ensuring you have everything you need for your specific application.

MICRO-MINIATURE CONTACT SYSTEM
The Micro-miniature contact system employs a precision stamped and formed pin contact recessed within the plug insulator. The contact system has proven reliability, exceeding the performance specifications of MIL-DTL-83513 for Micro-D.

Available in vertical mount for thru-hole applications and wire harness termination styles for both plug and receptacle.Wide selection of wire sizes (24 thru 30). Shell employs a polarizing “D” shape for correct mating.
