R-VPX VITA 46 Connector System
Amphenol’s R-VPX VITA 46 Connector System is a ruggedized, high-speed, board-to-board interconnect system capable of data rate speeds of more than 10 Gb/s, meeting and exceeding VITA 46 standards. This connector system gives users modularity and flexibility via PCB wafer construction allowing for customized wafer-loading patterns.
This system was designed for use in embedded computing applications such as commercial and military aerospace, C4ISR electronic systems, missile defense, ground systems, space systems, and other ruggedized environments.

R-VPX Evolution
The R-VPX Evolution series is specifically designed to support the latest high-speed protocols while meeting OpenVPX requirements. These high-speed modules are capable of data rate transfer speeds of more than 16 Gb/s and meet the performance requirements of VITA 46 and VITA 47 standards while being intermateable with existing VITA 46 backplane connectors. Optimized for speed and ruggedized to endure harsh environments in military applications across the board.

R-VPX Evolution 2.0 Vita 46.30 Connectors
Improving off original Vita 46 standards, Amphenol’s R-VPX Evolution 2.0 is the next generation of high-speed ruggedized backplane connectors. R-VPX Evolution 2.0 series connectors are designed and optimized to achieve data rates in excess of 25 Gb/s, meeting VITA 46.30 requirements. This makes the Evolution 2.0 Series connectors among the fastest VITA 46.30 connectors in the world.
These connectors are tested to VITA 46 levels and are backward intermateable with R-VPX, R-VPX EVO 1 and VITA 46 qualified connectors.
