Therefore instead of placing the carton-tubes directly into the shipping box, we added a transparent plastic bag in the shipping box in which the carton-tubes are inserted, together with a small desiccant bag. No changes were made to the shipping box, the carton tubes or their orientation in the box, only the plastic bag and desiccant bag were added. Our Statement of Compliance for the relays did not consider this fact, as it is based on a material declaration from our supplier, which turned out to be wrong. After detecting this error, since March 2020 we corrected the product compliance declaration accordingly and these are linked to the affected products on our homepages.
