60249-2. This Fastin/Faston 250 series receptacle is designed for efficient and reliable wire termination in HVAC applications. Constructed of brass with tin plating, it offers excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. With a straight orientation and a compatible tab width of 6.35mm (.25 in), it ensures easy installation. Suitable for 12-16 AWG (1.31-3.31mm²) wires, it accommodates a wide range of applications. The F-Crimp barrel type allows for secure wire attachment, while the open barrel design facilitates easy insulation insertion. To ensure a smooth and stable transition from SWDC to EPDC, TE will be delaying the transition from the current Santa Teresa, NM DC (SWDC) to the new El Paso, TX DC (EPDC), originally scheduled to implement February 8th - 15th, is now scheduled to implement April 11th - 15th.
