The AMP MCP 2.8K CONTACT SWS is a high-performance automotive terminal designed for durability and reliability in demanding applications. With a current rating of 22 A, this double crimp termination contact ensures secure connections. Tin plating offers excellent corrosion resistance, while its operating temperature range of -40 to 130°C (-40 to 266°F) suits various environmental conditions. Accommodating wire sizes of 1-2.5 mm² (13-17 AWG) via F-Crimp, it features a Locking Lance for added security. This receptacle splice type terminal is RoHS compliant, making it ideal for automotive, truck, bus, and off-road use.

To ensure a smooth and stable transition from SWDC to EPDC, TE will be delaying the transition from the current Santa Teresa, NM DC (SWDC) to the new El Paso, TX DC (EPDC), originally scheduled to implement February 8th - 15th, is now scheduled to implement April 11th - 15th. This delay will allow extended testing on all SAP systems and procedures to ensure a seamless transition into the new warehouse.
