Detailed Description

The Z-PACK/C M-HDR 77 POS is a high-density backplane connector designed for power and signal applications in demanding environments. Featuring a rugged polyester GF housing, this connector is UL 94V-0 rated for excellent flammability resistance. With 77 positions arranged in 7 rows and a compact 2mm pitch, it offers high signal integrity for data rates up to 1 Gb/s. Each contact, made of phosphor bronze with nickel underplating and tin termination, can handle up to 1.5 A of current. The vertical board mount configuration with through-hole press-fit termination ensures secure and reliable connectivity. Ideal for use in mezzanine board-to-board setups, this RoHS-compliant connector is packaged in a tube for convenient handling and storage. With its polarizing peg mating alignment and ground return shielding, the Z-PACK/C M-HDR guarantees signal integrity and EMI protection in a wide range of applications.
