MIL-DTL-38999 III (D38999) harsh environment connectors feature wall mount receptacles, jam nut receptacles, and straight self-locking RFI plugs in 9 shell sizes and 54 insert arrangements with M39029 gold-plated removable crimp contacts. With a shell size of 23 and contact size 22D(100), these connectors offer reliable performance in extreme temperatures ranging from -65°C to 175°C. Constructed with a nickel PTFE finish on an aluminum shell, they provide superior environmental resistance and conductivity, suitable for military and aerospace applications. This non-RoHS compliant connector, also Boeing BACC-approved, ensures durability with a service rating of M and a service class of T.
