SAE-AS83519 Solder Termination Sleeves

Sumitomo Electric SAE-AS83519 Solder Termination Sleeves (STS) ensure connections that are completely insulated, encapsulated and strain relieved without the need of any specialized tools or training. Solder termination sleeves are composed of:

1. Heat-shrinkable jacket with pre-fluxed solder
2. Thermoplastic sealing rings
3. Pre-installed ground lead (if needed)

M83519 Solder Termination Sleeves are used in basic kinds of soldering operations such as:

1. Shield termination
2. Wire to wire splicing
